Canary Apartments was created and managed originally by Nick and Nancy Rulli, residents of Calistoga for over 50 years.  Both born in Abruzzi Italy, emigrated and met in Philadelphia, PA  and later married in San Francisco,  They relocated in the 1960s to Calistoga for the incredible climate and hot springs.  Nick and Nancy managed a former roadhouse for travelers and summer residents and later converted them into apartments and cottages that are now part of the fabric of this well known destination city.   Nick was a longtime city council member and former Mayor of Calistoga.   

         Still owned and managed by family and a close team of professionals, Canary Apartments offers a mix of both spacious apartment homes, cozy ground floor units and three completely detached cottages all in a garden style setting.  Onsite laundry facilities are available to the tenants.  Walkable nearby schools for K-12 in addition to nearby Santa Rosa JC, Sonoma State University just over the hill and additionally ,The Culinary Academy at Greystone just down valley.

       Located on Fair Way between 3rd and 4th St, leading to the Napa County Fairgrounds, just off the central Lincoln Avenue downtown, the apartments are in several block walking distance to many acclaimed restaurants, shops, spas and the well stocked local Calmart grocery store.  Located at the up valley end of the Napa Valley, Calistoga is uniquely situated  close to numerous world class wineries and the cities of Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Guerneville, St Helena, Rutherford and Napa.

     Water and garbage fees are included in the rent.
